These terms and conditions apply to the viewers and subscribers of our website www.deurali.co.uk
Viewers and Subscribers are bound by our terms and conditions when they visit our website or subscribe to our services. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions any time, at a short notice. Please check the updates regularly.
Definition : “You” means the viewer or subscriber. We/Us means Deurali UK Ltd.
1. You are not allowed to make a link of any material on our website without our prior permission and approval.
2. You cannot copy, download, reproduce, republish, broadcast and transmit any material from our website for any commercial or non commercial without our permission or approval.
3. We are not responsible for any third party website links/contents from our website.
4. Third Party functions and events captured by us and posted on our website are by invitation only from the event organisers. Any financial, moral, ethical, social, cultural, controversial, political issues arising from its broadcast to the public, lies entirely with the event organisers.
For Subscribers :
1. Subscription charges are monthly and payable in advance. One week notice prior to expiry is sent out by us for renewal of subscription. If payment is not received at that time the subscription expires automatically.
2. We need at least 48 hours to activate your renewals.
3. Payment for subscription can be done online via our website or by bank transfer or deposit. In case of cheque deposit, service will be activated only after cheque has been cleared. In case of third party payment, we need the written confirmation of the card holder.
For Subscribers with Set Top Box (STB) :
1. Full payment required in advance.
2. Delivery : 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment.
3. Warranty : 1 year against manufacturing defects for STB only (not cable and other accessories). In case the STB malfunctions within the warranty period by normal wear & tear, we will repair or replace the unit. The defective item must be posted to us (by recorded or special delivery) and we will repair or replace within 2-3 weeks. During this period you can either view your subscribed package on your PC or Notebook or if you wish we will add up the service disrupted period to your regular subscription.
4. Returns & Refund Policy : You can return us back the STB within 14 days from date of receipt of the box. You must post us back the box in working condition and original packaging. Once we receive back the box and check it, we will refund your money in full deducting the posting & packaging charges.
5. You cannot resell or hire the STB to other parties. We will not be responsible for warranty, technical support or any other conditions in that case.
6. You must advise us if you are moving or changing houses.
